TSMC to set up new R&D center, says report

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has received government approval to set up a new R&D center at the Hsinchu Science Park (HSP), northern Taiwan, according to a report by Taiwan's Central News Agency (CNA).
